At Specialist Stuff Shops our pricing policy is simple. We aim to offer the best prices available on every product, everyday.  We want you to get the best possible price you can.

We promise you that:-

 If you find the same product, in the UK, at a lower price than any Specialist Stuff Shop,

 let us know and we promise to try our best to beat it

 Just remember the item must be brand new, have identical specification and be in stock ready for delivery - also the price promise can only be offered at time of order, it can not be offered retrospectively.

To obtain our price promise, please forward details of the online store you have seen the product, the product name and the advertised price. (A link to the product on the website would be helpful). We will respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).

Claims may only be made once on a particular item.

The lowest price we can offer is 1p below our cost price.
